Michael Kelly has spent over two decades turning creative vision into entertainment that works, on stage, on ships, and across some of the world's most recognized parks and resorts.

His path started as a performer at Disneyland, then grew into entertainment leadership roles that span Disney Cruise Line, Universal Studios Hollywood, SeaWorld, LEGOLAND, and Carnival UK's P&O Cruises and Cunard, along with major live event and corporate work for global brands.

Today, as Entertainment Innovation Manager at Carnival UK, he shapes a fleetwide entertainment portfolio and leads the teams, budgets, and partnerships that bring it to life.

What sets his work apart is the combination: he can conceive a show, write it, direct it, and he can just as easily manage the operations, safety, and budget that let it run night after night. That range, creative and operational, is what he brings to every project.
